Man made global warming

OK.  No question that mankind leaves a footprint.  The question is, how much.

Is it like Al Gore would like you to believe?

Or no effect?

It's got to be somewhere in between.

What is your belief?

Earth has a way of dealing with toxins in the air.  If it didn't we couldn't live here.  Earth has been dealing with these toxins for millions of years. Same global warming, better all around than global cooling.   :)

If it isnt the scientific method, then what process led the 97 to say that global warming is man-made?  Scientists base their conclusions on the scientific method, dont they?

Now that the IPCC report is out...stating that atleast 90 of the Global Warming that we see around us...is anthropocentric...are there still people who deny global warming and/or the fact that it is not man-induced?

Earth has been cooling since it was formed since it has no internal heat generating source.  It is totally natural and not much we can do about that.

There are various ways we can measure the temperature of Earth and none are accurate for this purpose.  Think about it a bit......It is round (roughly with a few dents and bumps), is still hot in the center and cooling towards the surface which is heated daily by the Sun.

Now with all of that going on and more, how does one begin to decide that Earth is getting hotter from Man's activities on the surface?

Hey Gerry.  I too believe in man-made global warming.  I also believe
in man-made global cooling.  I also doubt that either one is significant.
But mainly I believe that that big guy, you know that big guy that is
around 93 million miles away is totally in control.  You know . . .
he da man

algore is just looking for president by acclamation . . . oh . . .and
more taxes, of course.
